Triangle Manufacturing Company now offers Stainless Steel Threaded Rods. Customers told us they needed a reliable domestic supplier for these critical products, and we delivered. This is welcome news for OEMs who are frustrated with long lead times and delivery issues from other suppliers.
Why 316 Stainless Steel?
Stainless Steel 316 is heat and corrosion resistant, durable, low-maintenance, and environmentally friendly (recyclable), making it the ideal material for various manufacturing environments.
Stainless Steel Threaded Rod Features:
- Thread Sizes: 5/16-24, 3/8-16, 3/8-24, ½-13, ½-20
- Thread Lengths: 1/4" to 4"
- Overall Length: Customizable from 4” Minimum to 34” Maximum
- Thread Options: Both Right Hand and Left Hand (thread indicator for LH)
Customization options include tailored length, thread length, orientation (left-hand and right-hand threads), bends, and flats. At Triangle Manufacturing, we work diligently with our customers to meet their specific requirements based on the application.
Our Manufacturing Process:
- Once the order is received, specs are verified to meet the customer’s print, and any customization details are reviewed.
- Raw wire is purchased, cut to length, and threaded to the customer-specified length and thread pitch. Any additional assembly of other components is offered.
- Extensive quality checks are performed, and the product is shipped to the customer as quickly as possible.
Our thread rollers were purchased with servo upgrades to ensure a built-in quality check on each rod. In addition, we implement specialized digital thread-checking equipment, visual inspection, and thread-specific gauging. At Triangle Manufacturing, we ensure our products meet industry standards and specifications through ISO quality certifications.
