Threaded Rod and Linkage Full-Assembly Opportunities
As of 2020, Triangle Manufacturing has expanded engineering capabilities to accommodate threaded rods and linkage assemblies.
A few years ago, our innovators and engineering team here at Triangle Manufacturing noticed a major pain point for our customers’ manufacturing processes for spherical rod ends and threaded rods. Our team saw that manufacturers go through strenuous procurement cycles when purchasing each product or component separately. As a manufacturer of both spherical rod ends and threaded rods, Triangle developed a solution where we are able to supply customers with a fully assembled rod end linkage assembly. With our new full-assembly opportunities, OEMs are able to reduce SKUs, saving time on the production line, and refine procurement cycles.

Rod Length
- Lengths can vary between 4"- 48"
- Low carbon steel maximum length: 4"
- Stainless steel maximum length: 1 3/4"
Rod Bending
- Up to 2 bends depending on length
- Maximum bend angle: 60 degrees
Material
- Low carbon steel (1008, 1015, 1018, 1020)

Plating
- Standard threaded rods are plated with zinc & clear
